- Proof Approval: We will provide two revisions (a total of three design images) for the listed base price. Any additional changes or adjustments beyond that will be assessed with additional fees.
- Order with Confidence: Once approved, your custom tumbler will be expertly created and shipped to your door within 8 business days.

- We use only original or royalty-free designs—no trademarks or copyrighted characters will be used.
- Our customization process ensures a vibrant, long-lasting image that stands out. Different AI software including but not limited to Canva, openart.ai and Adobe Express may be used in creating the image.

Vibe & Audience: What feeling do you want the design to convey? Humorous, calming, energetic, vintage, etc. Who is it for? A child, grandparent, teacher, or something office-appropriate (or not—we’re totally okay with mature humor and curse words!).
Overall Theme/Concept: Do you have a theme in mind? Ideas could include photo collages, sports, supporting a cause, snarky sayings, floral designs, scenery, etc.
Styles: Are there styles you love or dislike? Think watercolor, Pixar-style characters, Lego, anime, storybook illustrations, 1950s retro, vintage (1930s) cartoons, alcohol ink, or patterns—the possibilities are endless!
Colors: Do you have favorite colors or ones you'd like to avoid?
